What is an acceptable volume to play on the amps at guitar center?

I’m going to be getting a new guitar soon and this will be the first one I’ve actually bought for myself so I was planning on going to guitar center and testing a bunch out but I’m kinda nervous about playing too loud.

Usually it’s somewhere between GEEZUS THAT’S LOUD to SHUT THE F#@K UP YOU STUPID S.O.B

Usually you will have more people hating you by playing STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN and WALK ON THE WILDSIDE than by playing overly loud. Guitar store employees have been know to get violent when they have to hear STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN for the 100th time that day.
